These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Cita33 platform, including all services, games, promotions, and transactions available at cita33.cam. Please read this document carefully before using any part of our platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player", "you") and Cita33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the website located at cita33.cam and all associated services, games, products, promotions, and features made available through that domain.
Cita33 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players primarily located in Malaysia, including those in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other parts of the country. Our platform provides access to live casino games, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and other disciplines), slot games, e-sports wagering, and ancillary services.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Cita33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
Your use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earlier of: (a) your completion of the Account registration process; or (b) your access to any feature, game, or service on the Platform regardless of whether registration is completed.
These Terms may be updated or amended by Cita33 at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material amendments will be notified via the Platform or to your registered email address where practicable.
To open and maintain an Account with Cita33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. Cita33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or connected Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
Cita33 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise in advance.
Cita33 supports deposits and withdrawals through the Supported Payment Methods listed in Section 2. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
6.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Cita33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
6.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. Cita33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
6.3 Verification Requirements
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport), proof of address dated within three months, and/or documentation confirming your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities.
6.4 Transaction Fees
Cita33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers — including banks and e-wallet operators such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost — may apply their own service charges. Cita33 is not responsible for fees imposed by external payment providers.
From time to time, Cita33 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") to Members. All Promotions are subject to individual terms which are published alongside each offer and which supplement these general Terms.
The following general conditions apply to all Promotions offered by Cita33:
All bets and wagers placed on the Cita33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market, as published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Cita33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the Cita33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, game mechanics, user interfaces, and code — is the property of Cita33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Cita33. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cita33 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Cita33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Cita33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Cita33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligation to protect vulnerable players. The Platform is strictly for entertainment and is intended for adults aged 21 years and above only.

Cita33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Cita33 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
Cita33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at cita33.cam/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Where changes are material, Cita33 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Cita33's operating jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between you and Cita33, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a complaint, you may escalate the matter by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Username]". Cita33 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
